Order Policy

Nilla Shopping cart wants to make you happy.  Orders that are placed before 3:00 PM are shipped out that day. All others are shipped on the next business day. Feel free to call us any time at 507-555.1212 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM Central standard time or fax us at 507-555-1616. 

Shipping

Nilla shopping cart will ship your order as specified. We reserve the right to substitute carriers in some situations but will always use the shipping method you have selected (ground, 2nd day air, etc.) 

Return Policy

Please call or email for any return authorizations. We accept returned merchandise with full credit in exchange for other items or sizes. Customer pays for shipping both directions. Returns without any exchange will be accessed a 15% restocking charge. Any returns or exchanges must be done within 20 days of invoice.
